At BanquetDesk, we believe your business data belongs to you. Our app is designed with a "Local-First" philosophy. This means all the bookings, customer details, and event information you enter into the app are stored exclusively on your device.
1. Information Collection
We do not collect, store, or transmit any of your personal data or booking information to any external servers. This includes:
- Customer names and mobile numbers.
- Event dates and booking details.
- Financial summaries or trends.
2. Data Storage
All application data is stored locally on your iOS device. We do not use cloud databases or remote storage for your booking data. If you delete the app, your local data will also be removed unless you have a device-level backup (such as iCloud Backup).
3. Third-Party Services
BanquetDesk does not share your data with any third-party services. We do not sell your information to advertisers or data brokers.
4. App Permissions
The app may request the following permissions to function correctly:
- Phone/Dialer: To allow the "One-Tap Customer Call" feature.
- Local Storage: To save and retrieve your bookings on your device.
5. Security
Since your data is stored locally, its security depends on the security of your device. We recommend using FaceID, TouchID, or a strong passcode to protect your iPhone or iPad.
